In this webinar we'll briefly explore the benefits of Python as a programming language for students. Ambassador and Computer Science Educator, Jenn Vermillion, will walk you through the basics needed to begin programming in Python. She will also share teacher friendly resources for you to continue learning after the webinar, and she will share some of her tried and true classroom Python warm-ups, programming labs, projects, and assessments. The content will be most appropriate for upper middle and high school teachers, however it is adaptable for upper elementary teachers.
