Hello CS for All Teachers,
Notice anything different? We have been listening to your feedback and working with our amazing web developers to come up with a few updates, which we hope you’ll find useful in navigating our virtual community.
See below for a list of what’s new:
Homepage Feeds – On the Homepage, you will now see dynamic feeds under the HelpSquad, Blog Posts, and Upcoming Events tabs to provide you with a snapshot of new content at a glance.
Events – On the Events page, you have the option to toggle between a list view and calendar view of events. We know some of you have strong preferences for how you see information so we hope you enjoy!
Calendar Integration – All events on the site now have an “add-to-calendar” functionality. You can now download an event to iCal, Yahoo, Google, and Outlook to save events to your preferred platform(s). This functionality extends to email notifications as well. How awesome is that?!
As always, we welcome and encourage your continued input about any features you think could be added or improved.
If you’re interested in serving as a usability tester, please contact us at CSforAllTeachers@air.org. Participating in our usability tests is a great opportunity for you to inform the design decisions we make for future iterations.
We hope you enjoy the site’s new features and continue to help us build a strong community of computer science educators and learners alike!
